It was 5.15pm and the place we'd planned to go to wasn't yet open. So we asked a local who suggested several different cuisine styles including Thainamic. We'd seen the Thai place and The variety on the menu had looked good so having the recommendation confirmed the choice and we went in.
We chose the Lamb Massaman Curry and a side of brown rice for one.
A plate with 4 lamb cutlets sitting on top of some potato and pumpkin along with a delicious sauce came out shortly after.
The portion of rice was generous.
The lamb was so tender, perfectly cooked (I hate rare lamb) and the marinade was so sweet.
If I lived closer I'd be going there every week.
The order obviously got confused as it wasn't until I went to pay that we realised we'd only been served one main. (I only meant to have one portion of rice to share)
Another staff member came out to check our lamb had been ok and we ended up having a long chat about NZ, the Gold Coast. And Sydney. She was so friendly.

We came on a very busy night when everything took much longer than usual, they got the order wrong, the eftpos machine was on the blink BUT the service was AMAZING! Honestly, the friendliest and loveliest front of house staff makes such a huge difference to a dining experience - more restaurants could take a leaf out of their book!

Clearly does good takeaway trade and with what we tasted I can understand why. Simple food, superbly cooked, tasty and well priced. We would recommend highly the 3 plates we had, the Spicy lemongrass scallops, Choo chi salmon and Crispy pork belly with Chinese broccoli. Quick friendly service, tables for dining in-house with a takeaway option if full. What more could one ask for?
